Hog Roasts


A hog roast is our longest event.

The Pig takes a minimum of seven hours to cook.Because of this the cooking process initially starts in our unit.The pig is cooked slowly on a low heat over an extended time. The aim is the meat falls off the bone when served.

A normal event will take the following structure:

The cooking process is started in our unit.This process takes at least 5 hours.

We then load the pig into our van and we aim to arrive at the venue about two hours before serving.

After our initial set up, the hog takes about another 1.5 hours for the cooking process to finish.

Our experienced chef will then carve the pig.

The chef and his assistant will then serve the meal.

We supply a gazebo to give us cover to cook the pig.

We also supply tables to serve the food on, paper plates,disposable cutlery and serviettes.

We serve our hog with apple sauce and customers can choose to serve themselves rolls and any salads you have ordered .

We can cover Vegeterian options and any allergy issues (Gluten free etc)

Option 50

Hog roast for up to fifty people

This comes with fresh bread rolls,apple sauce,crackling and our special homemade stuffing.

This has a cost of £550.00

This includes a Chef and Server

Please add £75 if you want Three Salads

All allergy options can be covered.

Vegetarian options can be covered.


Option 100

Hog roast for up to one hundred people

This comes with fresh bread rolls ,apple sauce,crackling and our special home made stuffing.

This has a cost of £650.00

This includes a Chef and Server

All allergy options can be covered.

Vegetarian options can be covered.

Option 2

Hog roast for up to one hundred people

This comes with fresh bread rolls ,apple sauce,crackling and our special home made stuffing.

Plus a choice of three salads/sides from the below list

This has a cost of £800.00

This includes a Chef and Server

All allergy options can be covered.

Vegetarian options can be covered.


Option 3

Hog roast for up to 100 people .

This comes with fresh bread rolls, apple sauce, crackling and our special home made stuffing

Plus six salads/sides from the below list.

This has a cost of £950.00

This includes a chef and server

All allergy options can be covered.

Vegetarian options can be covered.
